This workshop is taught in Dutch, together with Patrick Jossa from PRH.
This workshop counts for the 5 Rhythms teacher training as a 5 day elective, or as 25 hours of waves practice. You can follow this workshop even if you have not done any other workshop with PRH; no prior experience with the 5 Rhythms is required.
Door ons lichaam te laten bewegen, kunnen allerlei belevingen in ons openkomen. Als insteek gebruiken we hiervoor in deze PRH cursus de 5 Ritmes. Door al schrijvend stil te staan bij onze gewaarwordingen ontdekken we verrijkende inzichten en verbanden en komen we in voeling met onze innerlijke kracht. Dit alles draagt bij tot meer evenwicht in ons leven, in onze relaties en in ons handelen.
Doelstellingen
Door lichaamsbeweging via de 5 Ritmes, kom je dichter bij jezelf.
Je leert wat je in jezelf gewaarwordt beter begrijpen. Je leert jezelf beter kennen.
Je vergroot je stevigheid en zelfzekerheid.
AANTEKENINGEN
Saturday 1 09:00 - Wednesday 5 July 17:00, residential workshop. The tariff for a workshop with PRH depends on the length and on your income, for this workshop it lies between 248€ and 682€ (10% off if booked two months ahead), more details on the web site. The cost for the residential part for the 5 days is 375€. Add to this a fixed amount of 50€ for the 5 Rhythms part.
