It calls for courage and an open mind — a Beginner’s Mind.

With a Beginner’s Mind, we practice staying awake, present, and in motion with the unknown, ready to meet whatever wants to unfold with trust and responsiveness.

In this workshop, we allow ourselves to be moved by the wisdom of the rhythms and to nourish our capacity to meet the new with presence, intention, and trust.

Through the 5Rhythms, we are guided by the intelligence of the body and the rhythms themselves.

In Flowing, we arrive in the body and on the earth, cultivating nourishment and stability.

In Staccato, we find structure and direction, plant the seed, and sense our yes and our no.

In Chaos, we release control and make space for the creative forces.

In Lyrical, we lift our gaze toward the miracle of what we are bringing into being.

In Stillness, we listen and connect to the deeper source within us that nourishes the path of the heart.

This is an invitation to offer the new the best possible conditions for growth — allowing it to unfold in its own time, carried by movement, presence, and shared support.

No previous experience with 5Rhythms is required. You are welcome exactly as you are.
