What if we lived more in relationship to out-of-the-box, limitless possibility and not resolutions, goals and results? What patterns and habits might keep us from daring to dream bigger? How can we daily keep things fresh and fascinating for ourselves? Discover new ways of moving, both physically and mentally, via this 5Rhythms workshop. By embodying the universal rhythms, Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness, we explore the nature of who we are and how our energy moves or gets stuck. Bringing loving awareness through our body’s intelligence generates transformation. Break through to greater possibilities through this simple, powerful and healing practice.
