We come together to explore our individual experience of 2018 and to release the tension of difficulties in this shared creative space. The intention is to give soulful respect to the earth, that sustains us. To expand ground and explore roots

We dance the unique vitality of the 5Rhythms Waves map to inspire us to bring more of who we are to 2019.

Please bring sugar free snacks to share, during times of rest throughout the day. Free herbal tea is included.

Arrive from 10.30am for an 11a.m start. No need to book you can drop in.

Workshop is from 11am until 4pm.
