On the outside, the year 2018 was an agitated year, a year of rearing, egoistic characters were playing their power games especially in politics and economy. Climate change, shift to the right - fear is taking over - negative headlines are beating us down. All the more important is to go deep within, to feel connected to our ground, to realize there is something bigger than us. And finally to feel that there is also a positive change possible, out of our essence. In this mystic time "between the years" I want to create a space of review: How does it feel, your personal year 2018? How does it move? There are places to reflect, to heal, to let go - with gratitude. Which kind of power and passion is knocking on your door, wants to be lived and expressed? If we are giving enough space and time, our intuition and creativity will arise, our visions will take clear forms and shapes. I am happy and excited to share this 5 Rhythms Dance Journey into 2019 with you.AANTEKENINGEN
