PASSAGE - A 5Rhythms® & Family Constellation Immersion

Passage is a 6-day immersive retreat where the alchemical power of 5Rhythms® movement meets the ancestral depth of Family Constellations. Co-facilitated by a certified 5Rhythms® teacher and a somatic trauma therapist and family constellations practitioner, this retreat offers a rare integration of dance, ritual, and systemic ancestral healing.

Each day, we will move through one rhythm of the Wave—Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness—using movement, somatic healing practices, and family constellations to explore what supports and what blocks us from fully embodying each energy.

Through the lens of the wave-level map of the 5Rhythms®, we will explore how attachment wounding shows up in our body posture, in the rhythms we avoid, and in the ones we cling to. With the fusion of Family Constellation processes and the body-based wisdom of the 5Rhythms®, we’ll explore how intergenerational trauma is embodied in our muscles, our breath, our movement patterns—and how it blocks our flow, our capacity for love, and our sense of belonging.

Each day will include a deep dive into the energetic and symbolic meaning of the rhythm itself, helping you understand how your relationship to it is a mirror into the places where your lineage still holds unprocessed trauma—and how, instead of releasing it, your body has been carrying it.

This is a passage into your rhythm, your ancestry, and your soul’s deepest healing.
