A 5Rhythms® Heartbeat and Waves Movement Workshop

with Anne Marie Hogya

Anne Marie has a fierce commitment to truth seeking and a passion for creating workshops with mix the practical with the wildly creative. She is known for her no-nonsense speaking combined with a relentless sense of humour, compassion and courage. Anne Marie studied under Gabrielle Roth and has been practicing the 5Rhythms since 1999; she is accredited to teach the 5Rhythms Waves and Heartbeat maps. In addition, she has a Master’s degree in leadership. She lives in Canada and teaches at home and internationally.

*Anne Marie is an accredited 5RTA teacher and all credits for this workshop will count toward future 5Rhythms® trainings.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: A registration refund minus a $40 administrative cost is available up to two weeks before the event. No monetary refunds available after that time; the workshop registration can be transferred to an alternate person. If the for unforeseen reasons the workshop is cancelled by the producer a full refund of registration fees will be issued; the producer will not be responsible for other participant costs incurred in the event of a cancellation.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
