BESCHRIJVING

By beginning 2027 with a desire to reclaim a sense of innocence, freedom, and wonder. Play is an underrated tool; it allows us to remain present, break free from mental and cultural patterns, and explore our own curiosity. Stepping outside our usual habits is a great gift to our brain. Just as crying is beneficial, so is laughter—in fact, they engage the same muscles. Over these three days together, we will find space to express gratitude, transform, and integrate the past with what remains, moving together into the new year.

We will engage in conscious movement practices—including 5Rhythms and Soul Motion—along with writing, art, and the use of costumes. Movement, deep listening, sharing, and play will be at the heart of this retreat, held at a beautiful venue surrounded by nature on Lake Orta.
