Today's busy life often gives attention to the frontal lobe, and pushes the cellular wisdom of other parts of the body into the background or makes them aware through unpleasant sensations.

In order to restore the wisdom and balance of the holistic sensory experience of ourselves, we use a combination of the 5 Rhythms practice and the embodiment of our own anatomy through somatic (the Body-Mind Centering method)

I believe that we all sometimes experience the feeling of being 'stuck' in a certain rhythm / life situation, but when we realize that each rhythm has a portal that directly activates and makes its quality aware, we free the flow and spontaneously change the rhythm.

With this research, we learn what are organic PORTALS, through which we connect with different qualities, expand our awareness of them with somatic exercises and education, and use them as a tool for better understanding our own energy.

This weekend journey deepens the knowledge of different parts of the body, their inherent quality of energy, brings awareness to the stories written within them and provides a powerful holistic experience of our own Being, thereby unleashing our full potential.
