By embodying the universal rhythms, Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness, we explore the nature of who we are and how our energy moves. Bringing awareness through our body’s intelligence generates transformation. Break through to greater possibilities through this simple, powerful and healing practice.
