"Roads" is an exploration of the self in motion, opened to anyone that is willing to ride the path of presence, centering and body connected.

This workshop is about these two practices 5 Rhythms and Gestalt (psychotherapy) Two practices are like two life philosophies that understand each other very well. 5 Rhythms practice with its different energies or ways of being, invites us to experience our fluidity, our clarity, to loose ourselves in our dance, to get to know "the bearable lightness of being“ and to feel our inner calm. Gestalt therapy on the other hand gives us the opportunity to observe the process of what is going on in this moment without trying to explain it. Instead, we describe it and come to a way to adapt to it. My intention is to create a safe space and to let each of you «hit» the road and practice your own being in motion.

Moving and unfolding the process of the experience of the here and now, of the how we investigate, search, we experience together as a group, as an individual in the group, as a whole. We embark on the same journey, some of us are in the middle of the road, some at the crossroads, some are on rocky or shaky roads, some are driving up the hill, some are taking the going uneasy down, but wherever is our orientation we give support to each other
