PEACE WITHINSunday Dec. 16th 11am-5pm. At The Birchcliffe Centre, Hebden Bridge with Francis.
Contrary to what our culture tells us, this is the time of year for slowing down and gathering our energies inwards. This day will offer up an invitation for us to explore this slowing down as a dance which can be carried through the medium of movement (and breath) out into our lives.
We all know intellectually that peace comes from within - but all too rarely do we get a chance to put this into practice.
I hope you will join us as we dive deep into the stillness within movement - together.
Open to both beginners and experienced dancers of 5Rhythms.
£20. (Pay on the door; no need to book.)
The entrance to the hall is through the side door on the uphill side of the Birchcliffe Centre. Park in the centre's car park. If coming by train, the centre is approx 15 mins walk from Hebden Bridge train station.
Please bring lunch to share; there is a kitchen available for use.
