BESCHRIJVING
5Rhythms is a profound yet simple movement meditation suitable for all abilities. A wild way to still your mind. Dancing in Edale’s lovely village hall. The venue is next to the station and sessions are timed to tie in with trains to and from Manchester and Sheffield.There is plenty of time for a Peak walk before the dance on the Saturday and Sunday if you want to make a weekend of it. You can sleep over in the hall at no extra cost. There is plenty of nearby affordable accommodation including the Youth Hostel (from £17pppn) and Fieldhead campsite (from £7pppn)
The event is offered by Chris Boylan. He has been studying 5Rhythms since 1999 and teaching since 2008. He is currently training in the Heartbeat level of the practice. His teaching has a reputation for combining fun with depth.
Places are limited. The last Edale event was fully booked so early booking is recommended. Cost is £80. Some concessionary places are available on request. £15 deposit secures your place. Sorry, there is no one day only option for the workshop.

Refund Policy
Tickets are non-transferable as there is often a waiting list and it is unfair on those higher up in the queue to sell your ticket on to a friend if you can't make it. Deposits are non-refundable but, at my discretion, they can be carried over to a future workshop if your place is filled. Cancellations up to four weeks in advance receive a full refund minus the deposit.
Cancellations up to one week in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. If your place is filled, at my discretion the held money can be carried over to a future workshop.
Any cancellations less than one week prior to the event are at my discretion.
