BESCHRIJVING
QUIET MOVESSATURDAY 24TH NOVEMBER 11am-5.30pm at THE BIRCHCLIFFE CENTRE, HEBDEN BRIDGE with FRANCIS.
There is an inner dimension to our dance that only becomes apparent when we truly allow the chattering mind to dissolve into the moving body.
When this stillness is invited into expression through our intuitive dance, we have the opportunity to expand our relationship to the mystery and increase our sense of peace in the world.
Come and join us as we spend a day exploring and sharing in this unique and sacred rhythm of stillness.
Open to both beginners and experienced dancers of 5Rhythms.
£15. (Pay on the door; no need to book.)
The entrance to the hall is through the side door on the uphill side of the Birchcliffe Centre. Park in the centre's car park. If coming by train, the centre is approx 15 mins walk from Hebden Bridge train station.
Please bring lunch to share; there is a kitchen available for use.
