Rebel Rebel is a 5Rhythms workshop designed around Gabrielle Roth's wild son (daughter) archetype, "the part of me that could hang out in the desert for forty days and nights, rage against the machine, or sacrifice anything for inner freedom." GR

Through movement with an extra dose of rock n roll in the soundscape, we'll seek the part of us that remains untamed and reclaim our right to say F**K IT like a true punk rocker because when times are dark it's up to us to be the REVOLUTION.
