The human body is a complex organism that holds our past, present and future. It has the most incredible capacity to heal, to regenerate. Using the 5Rhythms movement practice, we will focus on cultivating the ability to free our bodies from limitations and transform this energy to nourish new possibilities and growth.Join Alex and Sue for this investigation and celebration of our human being.
Every–body welcome, no previous dance experience required. This workshop will count towards 5Rhythms Waves hours.

Alex Rodriguez:
Alex is fascinated by the potential and creative possibilities we all have, and the alchemical processes of transforming suffering and limitation, found in the healing and creative arts. My own life path has been my laboratory for learning and discovering these disintegration/ re-integration processes. I see 5Rhythms as a loom that interweaves the threads of all aspects of ourselves, all our experiences, into a unique vibrant, ever-changing creation.
Sue Andersen:
Sue is passionate about supporting people to return again and again to their body, to explore and express their unique dance and to discover the freedom and aliveness that comes when we surrender our minds to our feet, to the dance.
