We will be welcomed at Le Pianore farmhouse, located in the heart of Maremma Tuscany, surrounded by woods, vineyards, olive groves, and mountain streams, offering spectacular pristine panoramas.
This seminar will take place as a retreat, a journey of deep exploration of the 5 Rhythms and the 5 Elements in the Summer Rhythm.
We have chosen this heavenly place because away from daily distractions, it allows us to experience the here and now in all its beauty, paving the way for a more balanced and centered perspective between body, heart, and soul.
