BESCHRIJVING

Let’s celebrate our uniqueness, dancing our rebel energy. Allowing this energy to give us the courage to be present in all situations, in both light & shadow and in stillness & ecstasy.

We will empower the sacred mystery of the heart, and embody magic and freedom in our dances, letting go of whatever is keeping us stuck and open up to the depths of the heart. We will explore the spaciousness of the heart and look inside the unknown magic and sacred mystery of the heart, grounding, deepening, and feeling the present heart.

In ‘Rebel Buddha’ Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche describes the rebel within us, the part of us that already knows, how to break free of fear and unhappiness.

Gabrielle Roth, who developed the 5Rhythms, knew, how to find and embody the freedom of the heart. We will use the map of the 5Rhythms: flow, staccato, chaos, lyric and stillness.

We will explore the expression of the heart and use our rebel energy and the map of the 5Rhythms.

Friday at 7PM - 9PM

Saturday: 11AM to around 6PM

Sunday: 11AM to 4.30PM

Prices: In Early bird the workshop cost 1200 Danish Crowns. It's possible to apply for a discount, if you are unemployed, on pension or full time student. From November the first, the price is 1450 Danish Crowns.

Refund Policy

If you want to sign out:

Until November the 3th it cost a deposit of 150 Danish Crowns to sign out.

If you sign out after November the third, you will get 50% of your payment back again.

If you don't arrive, or sign out Friday the 10th or leave the workshop, there is no compensation.

If you sign up in last minute, you must pay before the workshop starts, you cannot participate unless you have paid.
