An URBAN RETREAT in AARHUS

The summer break is a perfect time to RECONNECT with ourselves and get back to what we know is of most value to us.

What have you lost on your way through managing everyday life, work, taking care of the needs of others or just being part of this fast moving society.

Now is the time to reconnect with your bigger self, your power, your deeper truth, your inner child, your playfullness, your mystical, magical self.

Reconnecting with the feeling of adventure you want your life to be.

With the 5RHYTHMS® ( Flowing – Staccato- Chaos- Lyrical- Stillness®) we will move through the our inner landscapes and let our body listen to what our heart tells us and we need to take back into our life and awareness, to thrive in our everyday life.
