We are born bonded from our conception and enter a world of relationships. They can define us, stretch us, make us crazy, inspire us and challenge us. Everyone and everything is our mirror. Who is reflected back?

In this 5Rhythms workshop, we will lovingly embody our energetic patterns in relationships. Through greater awareness of how we respond and act, we foster the opportunity to then choose freedom over the habitual. The body never lies and is our wise teacher. Come see and be seen with the eyes of Love.
