An opportunity to dive a little deeper with the 5Rhythms, before committing yourself to the depths of a weekend long workshop, in the beautiful setting of Slí na Bandé.These are stand-alone-workshops. You go to whatever suits you, as like the Shadow & Light Series, I shall re-visit them 3 times, giving you an opportunity to jump aboard on the ones you've missed or revisit & deepen the ones you've already been on. As each time, a different you shows up.
Alternatively, you can sign up for the series.
People coming from afar, or just want to immerse themselves in the nature of the place, residential is an option. See below in next section.
Drop in price for the day, €65 with €55 concessions.
Full Series €250 with €200 concessions. Paid upfront.
