5 days of 5 Rhythms dance and artistic expression through painting, writing, ceramics.The body is our home, our source of wisdom and the key to who we are. When we put the body in motion through our own dance, we activate the artist that is found in all of us. We gain access to insights, talents, dreams, and possibilities which can be enacted in different ways and enrich our lives. In a group where all do this in their own ways, many doors to inspiration and creativity are opened.Co-teacher is Kerstin Åkesson, the creator of Movement to ART, www.movementtoart.se
