A new journey every morning, through the unexplored wilderness between head and feet. Our coach – the breath. Our compass—the beating heart. Moment by moment stories unfold in the layers of our being.
The 5Rhythms dance and movement meditation invites to playfully move through body, heart, mind and soul and to become inspired again with our very own creative power, to express it directly in dance & to shape the invisible.
Embracing the freedom to be alive & spontaneous, playful & loving.
Together we indulge in the art of shapeshifting, let ourselves be transformed & give space to the stories that are waiting to be expressed. Let dance and play loose in travel reports from improvised wordless theatre.
