BESCHRIJVING

We'll have five days to invite our whole Self to shine, untangling the threads of resistance to reveal the unique energy that animates us: our ESSENCE.

This energy gives us intuition and inspiration, resilience and compassion, creativity and imagination: a deep inner knowing that connects us to Something Bigger.

Each day will be devoted to uncovering our gifts, untangling our challenges and allowing our potential to unfold. We’ll trust in the wisdom of the body, the expression of spirit and the expansion of our hearts.

We'll be held and supported by the powerful energy of the Centre Tara, located on vast underground crystal veins and land that has been de-traumatized from ancestral wounds. It is a place of healing, inspiration and transformation.

The map of the 5Rhythms will guide us on this journey, as well as gentle Somatic Experiencing practices, IFS-informed explorations and Ritual Theatre.

Optional yoga, meditation, and a massage therapist (by appmt) on site round things out.

L'atelier 5Rythmes ESSENCE est une retraite de niveau Waves où vous serez nourri(e)s, logé(e)s, et dansé(e)s!

Nous aurons cinq jours pour inviter notre Soi à miroiter pleinement, pour relâcher nos résistances et révéler l'énergie unique qui nous anime: notre ESSENCE.

Cette d'énergie nous donne intuition et inspiration, résilience et compassion, créativité et imagination: un savoir inné profond qui nous lie au Grand Mystère.

Chaque journée sera dédiée à révéler nos dons, démêler nos défis et permettre à notre potentiel de se déployer. Nous ferons confiance en la sagesse du corps, l'expression de notre esprit et l'expansion de notre coeur.

Nous serons entouré(e)s et soutenu(e)s par l'énergie puissante du Centre Tara, situé sur de vastes veines souterraines de cristal et une terre guérie de traumas ancestrales. C'est un site où on trouve guérison, inspiration et transformation.

Les 5Rythmes© guideront l'aventure à chaque jour, avec des pratiques douces du Somatic Experiencing©, des exercises IFS ainsi que du Théâtre Rituel.
