L'atelier MOMENTUM est dédié à explorer comment garder notre élan quand tout bouge autour de nous, comment trouver l'équilibre quand les choses changent, et comment s'ancrer dans notre centre en cheminant vers l'inconnu.
The MOMENTUM workshop explores how to keep moving when everything is in flux around us, how to find our balance when things change, and how to anchor in our center as we negotiate the unknown.
