We will explore the basic embodied philosophy and practice of the 5Rhythms in this workshop. When we move through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness, we see where our energy is moving and where it might be getting stuck. The practice offers us valuable life tools to move through all circumstances.Open to ALL levels of abilities and experience
