As we follow Gabrielle Roth’s dance maps with curiosity, we take a path of adventure, leading towards mystery.The spacious and healing aspects of the Stillness Rhythm can open to us at any point in the Wave. For the sake of our nervous systems, and our creativity, let’s welcome this embodied emptiness and peace of mind.
