Woman, Welcome to the Wolf in You...

Come join us as we dance, eat, rest and soak in nature with each other. We’ll be moving with the elements, dancing through the female archetypes and re-awakening our wolf selves in a gorgeous rural setting, near woods and water.


In this three day workshop we'll explore the sensitivities, instincts and wisdom of the wolf. Just like the wolf, the female psyche has often been misunderstood, feared, and hunted to near extinction. In this workshop we'll be reminded of our cyclic nature, of the ebbs and flows of our creativity and of our spiraling unfolding pathway of our lives.

We dance and move together, to embody and remember our Own body wisdom and to honour this with our sisters. This special weekend is not to be missed! Come along together – or make new life-long connections.

5Rhythms is a catalytic dance practice. Dancing through the rhythms offers us a map for understanding our body’s inner waves, the cycles of nature, and the rhythms of the creative process.

Natalie Poole is a certified 5Rhythms® teacher, Dance Movement Therapist, mother and birth attendant. Natalie regularly runs women’s 5Rhythms workshops & classes in Australia and Tasmania. www.twirlingwolf.com

The estate Bleijendijk will offer us a beautiful space to journey, connect and dance together. There are many possibilities to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature, inside and outside. Bleijendijk will be green and lush in summer. Good company and delicious food are part of your stay. It's going to be a real treat!


Your investment will be €395 when paid before the 1st of July 2018.
From the 1st of July you'll pay €440.
Workshop, accommodation and meals are included.
You'll be sharing your bedroom with one other woman.
