SEASIDE - ESSAOUIRA 5RHYTHMS NATURE RETREAT
October 25th (3 pm) - 30th (3 pm), 2026

Moving with the universal dynamics the ocean brings in our lives.
From the water we come and to the waters we should return.

These 5 days of immersion into movement and meditation in the studio and on natural sites are an invitation to move in close tune with our needs and inspiration.

Centering our attention connecting to what really matters and transforme the old and limitative patterns we carry on the way.

We will have two practices a day and plenty of time to integrate and rest. Experiencing softness and gentleness in motion to ride the waves of feelings that can emerge through consciousness, care and creativity.

A perfect time to come back to our centers and nurture the easiness and enjoyable ways of being present for oneself and others supported by a wonderful and caring community.
