Este intensivo es un espacio para escuchar el cuerpo, el alma y la verdad que hemos ignorado durante tanto tiempo. 

Abrazar la soledad es incluirnos en nuestra propia vida, para que nuestras relaciones dejen de ser un lugar de carencia o demanda y se conviertan en un lugar de conexión real. 

No un “arreglar”, no un “lograr”, sino un recordar.

Danzar, escuchar, soltar. Reconocer que la soledad como la puerta hacia una vida más plena y auténtica.

This intensive is a space to listen to the body, the soul, and the truth we have ignored for so long.

To embrace solitude is to include ourselves in our own life, so that our relationships cease to be places of lack or demand and become spaces of true connection.
