Join Karen, certified 5Rhythms teacher to move and honor the change of season Summer Solstice to find the Spiritual Fire within you as well as embrace the Shadow and light!

Through the Shadow maps of the 5Rhythms we have the potential to learn and love a lot about ourselves through moving, experiencing ultimately breaking through parts of ourselves that may otherwise feel uncomfortable. The Shadow maps of the 5Rhythms is a physical investigation of the body that gives us permission to explore sides of ourselves that we turn a blind eye to and don't speak much about it. In Flowing/Inertia, we experience heaviness vs. weight and fluidity, Staccato/tension,  being stressed out vs. clarity, Chaos/Confusion vs. creativity, Lyrical/Distracted vs. presence, Stillness/numb vs. moving with the breath.

By consciously moving through these polarities, we may be able to find comfort, healing and fall in love with all sides of ourselves!

During our time together over the course of the weekend we will dive into the creative arts process and explore Ritual Theater.

Anita Holmes from Charlottesville, VA. will take us on a restorative sound bath journey that will be relaxing and soothing for  the closure of the workshop.
