BESCHRIJVING

On this workshop, guided by both Waves as well as Heartbeat maps, the invitation is to dip into and find that sweet point of surrender in each of the 5Rhythms, both in its physical expression as well as its emotional space.

To dance Flowing so fully, so committed, that we let go of all we know about Flowing, all our Flowing dances that we have ever danced, swept by the full aliveness of a bigger life dance.

To trust the heartbeat of Staccato, going straight to the heart and from the heart, and directly to what really matters in the moment’s fullness and all that it holds in its truth.

The search in Chaos for what is needed to let go of to find our freedom, find our peace of mind…diving well under the constant chatter of the mind, for that deeper trust carried in the belly from the moment the body is conceived into this life; that trust in a bigger cosmos, trust in nature’s unfolding, trust in both the softness and the strength of pure SURRENDER.

And then, what is on the other side, what is that collateral beauty coming after a genuine physical as well as deeply felt full surrender, the only kind of surrender actually? Lyrical taking us by the hand into the space that opens up inside and outside of us. Nobody else can take us there but our own leap of faith.

And landing into the Stillness, where we can accept what we already knew, where the answer is simple, where silence is vibrating and holding us. Again and again.
