Delighted to be hosting 5 retreats next year where we shall dive a little deeper with the 5Rhythms® Shadows & Light series.

The SHADOWS are not bad ~ Philosophy of 5Rhythms has no judgement. When we dance the shadows, when we name whatever is going on we give ourselves and others permission to experience something without shame!

Friday's class is open to everyone. €20 drop in 7-10PM.
