Our precious hearts beat to a unique pattern. Like a fingerprint or the iris of your eyes, your heart tells the tale of you moment to moment. Beyond the unique rhythm, our hearts have been shaped by life and know 1001 shades of emotions. Most of them we do not recognize… Too painful, too intense, too subtle, too ALIVE!!

A healthy heart starts with the ability to stay fluid with our emotions as they show up. What is our ‘go-to’ emotion? What are the emotions under the carpet?

In this workshop we invite emotions into our dance, and journey with them through the 5Rhythms wave. Giving these emotions shapes, tones, textures and voice allows us to expand our hearts to all that is showing up, tapping into the aliveness, freeing us to express more fully, and wholeheartedly.

This workshop provides a unique opportunity to experience your dance through three different teachers. Whether you are a beginner on the dancing path or you’re already an experienced dancer, you'll be encouraged to be curious about your next steps both on and off the dance floor.
