A 5Rhythms^® Dance Journey into Transformative States of Consciousness

A moving meditation workshop offering an intentional gateway to the New Year.

Turning inward to listen to our inherent body wisdom, we open our hearts and minds through a moving meditation practice in order to receive guidance and support from the spirit realm. Placing our feet firmly on the earth and extending our gaze toward the sky, we inhabit the fullness of our body where our dreams and desires for the coming year can manifest in our day-to-day life.

We will walk the labyrinth at St. Paul’s to invite us deeper into meditation and to set our intention for our soul visioning dance journey.

Using the transformative map of the 5Rythms, we will have the opportunity to embody each of the 5 sacred Rhythms: Flowing Staccato Chaos Lyrical Stillness™ and use them as our guide into trance. We offer our bodies to the dance and invite ecstatic trance states to help us create our soul’s vision for 2017.

Marcia will create safe and sacred space to offer a personal gateway into alternate realities. She will guide those with little to no experience as well as longtime practitioners to return spirituality back to the body through ecstatic trance dance.

We will support each other to dive deep into somatic practice in order to open our bodies as vessels for Spirit. We will dance and have time to share our experiences with each other.
