Language:This workshop is taught in Finnish with translation into English if needed (please let us know)
What you need:
- loose, comfortable clothing to move in & wear layers
- water bottle
- bare feet, foot thongs or soft-soled shoes to dance in
- your own yoga mat if you want (there are some mats in the studio)
- for bodywork: balls (tennis or massage balls) and a massage roller
Workshop times:
10 am - 4.30 pm
Includes a lunch break (about 1 hour)
