Winter is Coming...Time to slow down and listen. Time to honour what has gone before, what is yet to come and what is here now.
In the 5Rhythms Spirit relates to Breath, it is the mysterious 5th element that animates life.
During this workshop we will take time to atune to ourselves, to each other and to the changing season. Together we will dance, create ceremony, share food and spend some time on the land. Our journey will dance us through an honouring of the Spirits of Ancestors & Tribe, of this Time and Place we live and our own Sacred Path through it all.
Join us on the magical land of Wildways this Samhain Full Moon for a wondrous journey with your guide, Neil Pinnock.
