To reach the ocean of letting go, follow the river of surrender.This autumn equinox we come together to explore how notions of embodied surrender aid the path of truly letting go, releasing, shedding, shaking, dissolving, erupting and embracing the wild body.
Join me for a day of easing into true release - an exploration into the eye of the storm - a place the 5Rhythms calls CHAOS.
Surrendering has nothing to do with giving up and everything to do with allowing energy to move through you.
