Chaotic energy can make it difficult for you to stay in your center, and is ever so easy to spin out of control. You have the power to change your response to challenging energies. Consider, that by letting go, a great opportunity to release into creativity and spaciousness is available to you. Surrender, knowing you do not know, a willingness to be with what is, is in the heart of this weekend workshop.
The act and practice of surrendering your mind to your body, and your body to motion, magically allows a deep power, a profound stillness to be your directing life force. It’s a letting go of knowing, of being with a great momentum that reveals your life in a more easeful and graceful way. Surrendering your own might, beliefs, and energy to trust universal consciousness can be super scary, yet falling into the field of love expands your courage allowing huge shifts in perception. We learn through the body and heart that to surrender is to receive. To receive is to be. To be is to expand and to know love. To Know love is to know deep and all consuming Peace.
