Through movement we investigate what it means to feel fully alive and to dance so deeply that the dancer disappears and only the dance remains.

Aliveness lives in the body as vitality, movement, sensation, and vibration. It can be felt in the nervous system in the way a person inhabits space, breathes, moves, and makes contact. The life that moves through each of us.
What is this workshop about
A route to the root
An invitation to move, to sweat, to soften, and to rediscover the simple fact of being alive and awake.
A discovery of the vibrating life and spontaneous stillness that arise when we allow ourselves to dance fully.
Through movement we investigate what it means to feel fully alive, and to dance so deeply that the dancer disappears and only the dance remains.
