This workshop will explore how to find the 'Sweet Spot' in the dance and in our life. We can spend a lot of our time and energy either trying too hard or holding back. Resisting or pushing. Yet there is a place within us all where body, heart & mind are in harmony and balance and we find ease and flow. I call this the Sweet Spot. We can track this through our dance, through all of the rhythms, through our body and breath. When we come close to this place we may well tap into our passion and power, we may find ease, grace and pleasure. Whatever we encounter, if we keep exploring, allowing and welcoming our true dance beyond the struggles and resistance, we may encounter the Sweet Spot and embody our life again with fullness and presence, with energy, ease and joy. 

The 5Rhythms practice guides us to a deeper intuitive embodiment, feeling our way and freeing the body and breath and allowing us to mindfully attune our whole system and find a more balanced and harmonious Sweet Spot in the midst of all our movements.
