C’è in tuttə noi un desiderio profondo di appartenenza, di incontro, di sentirci parte.

Per incontrare davvero l’altrə, il primo passo è incontrare noi stessə: ascoltare ciò che è vivo in noi e tornare al nostro centro.

TOGETHER è il passo successivo dell’incontro.

È scegliere di restare. Essere presenti, con il corpo e con il cuore.

In quel restare, qualcosa si trasforma.

Together è essere e fare insieme: incontrarsi, sostenersi, muoversi fianco a fianco.

A volte significa attraversare insieme le nostre paure, altre volte condividere semplicità, leggerezza e gioia.

In questo spazio nasce cura, nutrimento e benessere.

In questo seminario danzeremo l’esperienza dello stare insieme – con noi stessə, con l’altrə, con il gruppo – esplorando appartenenza, sostegno e presenza.

Uno spazio dove la nostra umanità può incontrarsi, respirare e crescere insieme.

Questo weekend nasce dalla collaborazione tra Ambu & Olivia, insegnanti di 5Ritmi attive a Firenze, insieme alla comunità di Ecstatic Dance con Pamela e Martino.

Un invito a danzare e celebrare la comunità in uno spazio di natura, accoglienza e ricerca: Casa Dagnino.

TOGETHER – The Joy of Belonging

with Ambu, Olivia, Martino & Pamela

Body. Heart. Mind. Soul. Together.

Within all of us there is a deep longing for belonging, for connection, for feeling that we are part of something.

To truly meet another, the first step is to meet ourselves: to listen to what is alive within us and return to our center.

TOGETHER is the next step in that meeting.

It is the choice to stay. To be present with our bodies and our hearts.

In that staying, something begins to transform.

Together means being and doing together: meeting, supporting one another, moving side by side.

Sometimes it means moving through our fears together.

Other times it means sharing simplicity, lightness, and joy.

In this space, care, nourishment, and well-being can arise.

In this workshop we will dance the experience of being together—with ourselves, with one another, and with the group—exploring belonging, support, and presence.

A space where our humanity can meet, breathe, and grow together.

This weekend is born from the collaboration between Ambu and Olivia, 5Rhythms teachers active in Florence, together with the Ecstatic Dance community with Pamela and Martino.

An invitation to dance and celebrate community in a space of nature, welcome, and exploration: Casa Dagnino.
