This is a wonderful way to dip your toes into the workshop waters, with just a 4 hour commitment. And yet because it’s longer than a class, you get to sink in deeper, see what is happening in the undercurrents. What does the body reveal as more layers are shed?In this 5Rhythms Waves afternoon, we dive lovingly and deeply into the dance of shadow and light. To dance our prayer and ask humbly “Who am I really?” To reveal the shapes and patterns of our dark and mysterious. To shake the archetypal parts of us clearly to the surface. To rock and roll our terrifying light into motion. To step beyond our comfort zones, into the essence of “who you are!”

AANTEKENINGEN
- Bring water and a journal.
- Arrive 15 minutes early.
- Bring any object that represents light and/or shadow for you (optional)
- If it feels right to you, wear clothing that is black / white / gray or any combination.

- Prepare yourself to "unplug" for the afternoon and give yourself the gift of presence in the dance.
