On this 5 day retreat we will GATHER daily to move in a beautiful outdoors beach dance venue, and to nourish ourselves with all the elements of our surrounding landscape and our connection to ourselves and to one another. This is a chance for all of us to also treat ourselves to some daily rest, sun and beach, good food and meditation, to GATHER inspiration and breath before moving back into our daily life routines.Day 1 - Nov. 29: 12-1:30 Morning Session; 5:30-8:15pm Evening session

The dates of this retreat correspond to UAE's 5 day public holiday to commemorate Martyrs day as well as celebrate National Day. The timelines below also take into consideration timings of direct flights from Dubai to Goa on Air Nacil. Itinerary will include a morning and an early evening session of 5Rhythms practise, and an optional daily free sitting meditation pre-morning sessions, and a free sunset gathering ritual pre-evening session, with spacious hours in the day to choose your self-nourishing activities.
