Do you need to make friends with your heart?
Have you been shying away from your feelings, afraid of what will come out?
Are you dominated or overwhelmed by your emotions at times?
This weekend, we will open up to the fullness of our experience through the physical practice of 5Rhythms dance. From a place of clarity we can then invite the essential emotions to flush out whatever the heart is ready to let go of. You will be guided to gently open to the medicine of your own essential heart, where love and peace abide.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
