Do you move with a sense of grace, connection and mystery?The 5Rhythms is a practice. A practice that brings us to our centre where all these qualities become real.
In this workshop we’ll move through the Waves maps to experience the 5Rhythms as a dynamic movement practice bringing us to our own moving centre whatever our previous dance experience and physicality.
