THE POWER OF DANCING - INTO NATURE AND ELEMENTS PAY STRUP 23We repeat the success from 2018 and invite again to a wonderful weekend retreat with 5 rhythms facilitated by Birgitte Rasmussen from www.dans5rytmer.dk and organised by nature-based art and movement therapist Laila Devalié.
Feeling the breath of nature and the being of the elements in body and mind is a journey that both deepens inward and creates depth outward when we connect with nature's many layers and the elements' dance through the 5 rhythms. In nature on Lønstrup's beautiful and wild beach, we will invite the elements in one by one to guide our dance. A being with earth in flow, fire in staccato, water in chaos, air in lyric and ether in silence. We will unfold the body of nature and the nature of the Body and reach deeper layers in body, heart and consciousness. - A connection with all that we are and with nature, which dances magically, passionately, instinctively and vulnerable.

AANTEKENINGEN
At Rødovrehus there is a fine kitchen, living room and dining room, as well as some single rooms and a lot of double and company rooms in the living room and first floor. Depending on the number of participants, we will try to ensure that everyone can get a single or double room as desired.
Times:
Friday 1 September at 5-6.30pm we are ready to welcome you and with a dance/event until approx. 9.30pm
Saturday 2 September at 10.30 - 21.00 (breakfast from 9.00-10.00)
Sunday 3 September at 10.30 - 15.30 (breakfast from 9.00-10.00)
In the welcome letter in August, there will be more information about timetable breaks, lunch and dinner etc.
Price: Early bird until 1 August DKK 2150 for db and 4 manrooms which are allocated on a first come, first served basis. After that, DKK 2,450.
We also have a few single rooms for + DKK 500.
The amount covers the workshop, accommodation and Saturday and Sunday delicious vegetarian food + some meat on the side. Tea, coffee and snack. All food is organic and from nature around Lønstrup.

Refund Policy
If you re-sign it will cost you 150 Danish crowns, if you resign August 24th or later, you'll get 50% back - if you do not arrive at the workshop, or sign out on the starting day, there is no compensation.
