This Human HeartMay 3rd - 6th @Wildways Retreat Centre
In these times, it is important that we tend to our hearts.
These are challenging times and many of us are feeling the impact of the world around us. We have our attention pulled in many directions, family, work, news, social media. How much do we pay attention to our hearts? We may be feeling numbed, overwhelmed, fearful, full of grief; not able to access the joy and beauty of life that is our birthright. This workshop is inviting you to find some compassion and kindness for yourself and to take a little time to tend to the garden of the heart. Our heart garden may be neglected and running wild, or possibly neglected and barren. We may need to cut back and prune some old growth, till and water the dry earth and plant some new seeds. A little mulching might help and a sprinkling of fertilizer wouldn't go amiss.
Dancing close to the land in nature is restorative. Wildways offers us a bounty of spring energy at this time of year with its bluebell woods and verdant valley. Neil will guide us with embodied movement informed by the 5Rhythms Heartbeat maps, and with connection to the seasonal tides of spring rising and the support of community, we will call on courage, compassion, forgiveness, acceptance and generosity. Your Human Heart will once more become a place of refuge and resource in your life, a garden of delight.

Our time together will be tender, warm and playful as we explore the territory of the heart. We will share 5Rhythms dance, time on the land, community & saunas. Food will be bring and share.
All welcome with some experience of 5Rhythms.
This workshop counts as 3 days of Heartbeat work for 5RTA.
AANTEKENINGEN
The workshop is offered residential and will be three nights starting on the evening of Friday 3rd and running till the afternoon of Monday 6th. Shared communal accommodation or camping as options, though Wildways also has a couple of spaces for solo or couples if you book early. Campervans welcome.
Food will be bring and share.
Bookings are open now at the earlybird price of £333 (till March 31st) £350 after.
Workshop starts at 6pm on Friday 3rd and runs till 4pm on Monday 6th
