Sending love to our former selves, connecting with the energy and perspective from younger days, seeking wholeness and letting healing flow in both directions

Dedicating our dances to our ancestors, known and unknown. Opening to the truths and experiences of our ancestors, how they lived and loved. Expanding our connection with all of life, travelling through time all the way back to when we were stardust, returning through different eras and soundscapes

Turning our attention towards the future and how we can dream and create a positive way forward, individually and collectively
