Nothing stays the same forever
Sooner or later things shift, evolve, or simply come to an end
And so do we
You’d think we’d be better at adapting!
But the truth is we get rather attached to the way things are
And change often seems to come as a surprise
This is a weekend to explore, through the 5 Rhythms, the natural processes of change, and how to be at home as we move with them
We’ll look at the ways each rhythm gives rise to the next
And find in the effortless cycle of their Wave our own way of dancing through life’s transitions.

Open Friday eve: 25th May 7 - 9.30pm £10
